Tim,

Give it a rest, will you? The election is over. Show some class and

Well, if you're that much better than the Far Right, you should show that by
not gloating. Otherwise, you're just as bad as they are.

Obama's birth certificate has been public and online for more than a
year, kookers like World Net Daily notwithstanding.

I'll second that. Yes, "the other guy" won fair and square. But it's
over. I never gloated on mailing lists or USENET when the election went
to more to my liking because I understood not everyone was thrilled.
Intelligent political discussion is one thing. Being an a$$ about it is
another. I apply this equally to all sides.

That would be certificae of live birth. It's kinda hard for you, I
understand, because those two are so similar. But at least you posted
something of substance rather than "lol world net daily" so for that
you should at least be commended.

Well, how about this Poologski?http://www.snopes.com/politics/obama/birthcertificate.asp
There's your substance. Incidentally, a 'birth certificate' a 'certificate
of live birth' are exactly the same thing. Just a difference between common
language and legalese, that's all.

--

Except the Certificate of Live Birth doesn't have a raised seal, so it
could have come from anywhere. I know of at least one
"expert" (whatever that means) that states the one offered by Obama is
a forgery. And indeed, the birth certificate listed on Obama's page
and fact check are different.

I hope this answers your question. I did not click through the link
because I am so afraid you would (possibly "accidentally") post a link
to the child porn you allegedly love so much, and I don't want to risk
getting caught in some FBI sting and being arrested and deal with all
that shit. I know for you it's no big deal, but you're basically a
loser with nothing to lose.

Of course you didn't click through the link. Why confuse yourself with
facts? Your question is answered on that page. As far as the second
paragraph, that's pretty absurd, even for you.

I actually have quite a lot going on in my life that I like right now. The
music photography business is going well, and people are pleased when I
come to shows and photograph their bands. There's no money in it, but
in-kind payment makes it worthwhile-never mind that I enjoy the music and
the scene. Then there are always the road trips, and there are things that
are going on in my work that are making the job challenging and
interesting.

You could find that out if you'd bother to look, I'm all over the web.
Gibblenation, Myspace, Bovverworld, Papaskin, A Boy and his Computer.
Youtube, etc. Of course the only think you even bothered to look at was one
of the things I pay very little attention to-the Facebook page, and that
only because it defaults to Poughkeepsie, supposedly supporting your absurd
idea that I live there; even though there are a few people on here who know
better. But then again, why confuse yourself with facts? You know
absolutely nothing about me, nor do you want to, because you don't want to
alter that little picture in your head. It must suck to have a complete and
total lack of ability for abstract thought.

It probably should be pointed out that this case wasn't decided on the merits,
but instead was thrown out on a technicality; namely that an individual citizen
does not have standing to challenge the qualifications of a presidential
candidate. That is what's being appealed here; the question of B. Hussein's
birthplace or the authenticity of that aforementioned certificate has not been
decided.

He's been elected; let it go. Good luck on getting SCOTUS to review
the birthplace issue, at this point; no way that they will even think
about ruling him inelegible, as there would be rioting in the streets.
